Damages and issues

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
As the extra measure to make sure you are getting the right item and right quality we will take a video of the product at the moment of packing and will send it to you on the same day.
- If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
- If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs. (Shipping label fee deducted from the refund)
