Shipping policy

  • All orders ship from our warehouse in Koh Phangan, Thailand usually within 1-3 business days.  Most orders are carried by EMS but yours may be delivered by another carrier if they're more efficient for your order. 
  • Please be careful when entering your address.  If the address you provide is incorrect, we are not responsible for reshipment or reimbursement.
  • International packages may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or other fees for which the customer is responsible. Delivery times vary and may take up to or exceed 4 weeks to be delivered, depending on the destination and customs delay. 

Thailand Addresses

Standard shipping price (1-5 days) – 200 Baht

Shipping Internationally

Standard shipping price (14-21 days) per 1kg – 30$ (1000 Baht)
Every 0-500 g will be charged 15$ (500 Baht) extra
NOTE: International orders may be subject to additional fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon delivery.  The customer is responsible for the payment of these fees, etc.
